We are hiring an Assistant Manager – Sparkle Car Wash (Peru, IL).
Sparkle Car Wash is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Assistant Manager for our Peru, IL location. We are looking for a detail-oriented, dependable leader who is ready to step into a leadership role in a fast-paced service environment. Support the Site Manager in overseeing daily operations.
Lead by example to deliver fast, friendly, and consistent service.
Coach team members to hit membership and sales goals.

Help maintain site cleanliness, safety, and performance standards.
Create a positive, team-first culture that drives results.
