Assistant Manager | Sparkle Express Car Wash
Peru, IL | $17.50/hr + Commission + Monthly Bonuses + Benefits

What you'll own:
Supporting the Site Manager in daily operations and keeping the site performing at its best.
Leading by example — fast, friendly, and consistent service, every single shift.
Coaching your team to hit membership and sales goals with confidence, not pressure.
Solving problems quickly and calmly, so the team never loses its stride.
Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and performance standards without being asked twice.
Building the kind of team-first culture where people actually want to show up.
