You will be a Branch Banker within PNC’s retail banking organization, based at the Clayton Branch. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Job Description We are a full‑service bank that focuses on building lasting relationships with our customers through proactive sales and service. The Branch Banker plays a key role in acquiring and deepening the customer base, managing the customer experience, and driving new revenue. Responsibilities Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities; identify opportunities to improve customers’ financial wellbeing. Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, elevating client loyalty. Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, including lobby engagement and education on financial transactions. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures; demonstrate sound judgment within established limits; participate in branch daily operations.
