Our focus is on finding the right fit—someone who brings the skills, experience, and enthusiasm needed to succeed while helping the organization continue to grow and excel.JOB PURPOSE:To process un-ratified and ratified contracts created between the Company and customers.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerforms data entry of all contracts, change orders, addendums and color selections into databaseProcess cancelled contracts and lot transfersCopy and distribute contract to homeowner and other departmentsUpdate contract, start, and permit information on Company Building reportAdministers Builder 1440 system access, changes, training, and issue resolutionEstablish, organize, and maintain lot filesCompile and distribute weekly and monthly reportsPerform new employee training of departmental processesBack up to other departments, as neededKnowledge and SkillsMicrosoft Word, Excel, and Access experienceDetail oriented and organizedStrong multi-taking skillsAbility to work in fast paced environmentProblem and research skillsEducation and Work ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GEDData entry and file management experiencePrevious homebuilding experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
