Your Mission

Keep high-speed production running smoothly by blending precision, awareness, and teamwork. You’ll prevent issues before they occur, document what matters, and leave your area cleaner and better than you found it.

Core Responsibilities

• Run and continuously monitor production machinery during assigned shifts.
• Use SOPs and quality checkpoints to verify output at defined intervals.
• Recognize early signs of equipment trouble and report promptly to avoid downtime.
• Maintain an orderly, safe, and well-organized work area.
• Meet or exceed production goals while keeping quality front and center.
• Contribute to a team culture grounded in mutual accountability.

• Pay: $21.50–$23.50 depending on shift
