Our organization is currently in search of a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join the Capital Region Family Health team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an established outpatient practice that is experiencing high patient demand, supported by a hospital affiliation. Capital Region Family Health , situated in East Greenbush just a short drive from Exit 9 on I-90, consists of a respected group of 13 healthcare providers.

This dedicated team of physicians and advanced practitioners offers a comprehensive range of healthcare services for families, including pediatric care for children from newborns to age 17. Services for both adults and pediatric patients encompass:

• Routine care for illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions
• Preventive health and wellness screenings
• Routine immunizations and vaccinations
• Annual physicals (including those for employment, insurance, and school)
• Sick visits by appointment

• Shared call rotation averaging approximately 1 in every 70 days, with RN triage support
• A physician-governed organization led by a physician Joint Operating Committee (JOC)
• Flexible scheduling options available - choose from a 3, 4, or 5-day work week
• Collaboration with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) for additional compensation opportunities
• Teaching opportunities available for first-year AMC students and precepting NP/PA students
• Possibility for hybrid work in Hospital Medicine if desired
• Leadership and administrative roles available for interested physicians

• Board Certification, New York State License, and DEA registration are mandatory
• Exceptional clinical and communication skills are essential
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality, team-oriented primary care for all age groups is required

We provide a competitive base salary with the potential for additional earnings through RVU-based productivity incentives and quality performance bonuses. The salary range is between $250,000 - $260,000 , reflecting the starting total compensation and excluding productivity bonuses, quality incentives, extra shift compensation, and other cash benefits applicable to the role.

• Starting bonus of up to $75,000
