About The Role We’re seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive growth across a defined geographic territory. The RSM will focus on business development, account management, and sales execution. This role offers a high level of autonomy, the ability to build and grow your own book of business, and uncapped commission potential. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outbound outreach. Visit customer sites to understand needs, demonstrate value, and build long‑term relationships. Manage existing accounts, ensuring strong customer service and follow‑through on all requests. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to support successful deal closure. Collaborate with inside sales, customer service, purchasing, and operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Partner with marketing and product teams to align on promotions and customer messaging. Track pipeline activity, maintain CRM data, and achieve sales targets. Requirements Proven success in Industrial MRO sales or related industry. Knowledge of one or more relevant product categories (e.g., Power Transmission, Fasteners, Electrical, Fluid Power). Strong prospecting and negotiation skills; self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. Existing book of business a plus, but not required. Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
