To build a best-in-class Marketing Operations team, the full-time Director of Marketing Operations will manage integrated campaigns, optimize the tech stack, and provide strategic insights to enhance pipeline and revenue performance, with a focus on collaboration across departments and leadership communication. Key responsibilities Build and document a high-performing Marketing Operations function Lead a team of Marketing Operations professionals across EMEA and North America Own all Marketing Operations functions, including campaign operations, data enrichment, and reporting Required qualifications 15+ years of experience in marketing and sales analytics for a B2B software company 8+ years of people management experience with a focus on coaching and development Proficiency with Pardot, Salesforce, and 6sense Experience in designing integrated campaigns and Account-Based Experience (ABX) strategies Bachelor's degree in an analytical field such as Mathematics, Business, or Statistics
