What You'll Do

• Perform waived laboratory tests including Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Molecular, and Coagulation
• Collect blood specimens via venipuncture and capillary methods
• Ensure specimen integrity and proper documentation of patient data and requisitions
• Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment and quality control processes
• Enter patient test data accurately into laboratory information systems
• Troubleshoot instrument, computer, or client issues as they arise
• Rotate through mobile and remote testing environments, ensuring STAT testing is prioritized and completed timely
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with state and company regulations

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Laboratory Technician certification or relevant licensure
• Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety protocols
• Ability to perform blood draws (venipuncture and capillary specimens)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Prior experience in point of care or mobile lab settings
• Ability to work independently and adapt to various environments
