Management Trainee - Operations

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced professionals with 2–3 years of experience in Operations and Management roles who are eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

Selected candidates will undergo a 3–4 month structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) program to gain in-depth exposure to our business operations, processes, performance management, and operational frameworks before independently managing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage day-to-day business and operational activities.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and operational performance metrics.
• Prepare MIS reports and analyze business data.
• Track KPIs and provide regular performance updates.
• Assist in process improvement, SOP creation, and workflow documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
• Support onboarding, training, task allocation, and operational follow-ups.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Work on business projects and provide data-driven insights.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.

Eligibility Criteria

• Full-time MBA is mandatory.
• MBA specialization in Operations, Finance, Analytics, Business Management, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in Operations and Management roles is mandatory.
• Freshers are not eligible for this position.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in NOAM/EMEA shift timings.
