ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2011 and is a small, close-knit team of three who value flexibility, independence, and strong customer relationships. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a quality control manager in industrial recycling and even owned a paintball park. I also spent time as a professional paintball player, which taught me a lot about discipline, focus, and teamwork.

I've always lived near the beach and consider myself a true Southern California local. Now that I'm an empty nester, I've been enjoying the chance to travel more and explore new places.

We offer dental or vision benefits after the probation period, a Simple IRA, and licensing reimbursement. Our office also uses a rotating Saturday schedule-team members work one Saturday a month and receive a half day or early release during the week to make up for it.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jimmy Ramirez - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
