Warehouse WorkerJoin a dynamic team in a company that builds and services carwashes as a Picker/Packer in our distribution center. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing the picking and packing of parts.ResponsibilitiesPull parts in accordance with SKU numbers.Engage in picking, packing, receiving, and cycle counts.Repackage parts and return them to the warehouse.Pay close attention to detail to ensure the correct parts are pulled and stored.Receive products, use an RF scanner, and handle putaway tasks.Receive training to operate a stand-up forklift if not already experienced.Essential SkillsExperience in picking, packing, order picking, and packaging.Skills in material handling, shipping, and receiving.Proficiency in using an RF scanner.Experience in loading and unloading.Additional Skills & QualificationsForklift experience preferred but not required.Why Work Here?Our company offers opportunities for growth and advancement through cross-training, fostering an environment where you can expand your skills and develop your career.Work EnvironmentWork in a non-climate-controlled yet very clean and organized warehouse. You will be part of a smaller team, currently consisting of around 20-25 individuals, with plans to expand to 35. The shift runs from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with flexible start and end times ranging from as early as 7 a.m. to as late as 6 p.m.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lewisville, TX.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
