Hourly Full-Time [Ben Elig] Legal Address, BROOKLYN, NY, US 3 days ago Requisition ID: 2258 Salary: $61,800.00 Annually Job Summary The purpose of Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) is to deliver comprehensive and effective services to individuals (age 18 and up) who are diagnosed with serious mental illness (SMI), suffer from co-occurring substance use disorders, have histories of criminal legal system involvement, and whose needs have not been well met by more traditional service delivery approaches. Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) is an evidence-based practice that provides an integrated set of evidence-based treatment, rehabilitation, case management, and support services delivered by a mobile, multi-disciplinary mental health treatment team to support recipient recovery through a highly individualized approach that provides recipients with the tools to obtain and maintain housing, employment, relationships and relief from symptoms and medication side effects. Salary $61,800 per year Shift Hours Full‑time Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location Address 151 Lawrence Street, Brooklyn, NY, 11201. Our office is easily accessible by public transportation. Workplace Flexibility Flexible – Staff have the flexibility to complete their workday from home or another suitable space, typically after reporting to the office and/or engaging in field or community‑based work.
