Key Qualifications:

• Hold or be eligible for Texas SLPA licensure
• Experience or strong interest in K-12 educational settings
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists
• Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and targeted interventions
• Collect data on student progress and document services provided
• Support students with articulation, language, and social communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure holistic support
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
• Prepare learning materials and therapy activities aligned with student goals
