Our dedicated property management professionals enjoy competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and a supportive team environment.Your Role: Business ManagerAs a Business Manager, you'll partner with the Community Director to co-manage property operations, lead and motivate staff, and ensure the community operates at peak performance. You will oversee occupancy, budgets, vendor relations, and resident satisfaction for Evergreen—a beautiful, award-winning Lewis community.What You'll Do:Assist in managing Leasing, Maintenance, and Groundskeeping staffDevelop and oversee community budgets, reports, and bookkeepingManage vendor contracts, negotiations, and service qualityRecruit, motivate, monitor, and reward employeesMaintain consistent resident satisfaction through proactive service and problem-solvingSupport marketing initiatives and community engagement programsEnsure compliance with Fair Housing laws, landlord/tenant regulations, and company policiesUse MS Office (Word, Excel) daily; experience with OneSite or similar property management software is preferredWhat We're Looking For:3+ years of property management experience, with a strong supervisory backgroundProven ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and operationsSolid understanding of landlord/tenant law and Fair Housing regulationsStrong leadership, coaching, and performance management skillsExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office; property management software experience a plusCompensation & Perks:$27-$31 per hour depending on experience, with actual compensation based on skills, experience, location, and business needs.Performance Incentives: Annual bonus opportunitiesCell Phone Allowance: $60/monthMedical/Dental/Vision Insurance (variety of plans to choose from)401(k) Plan with Company MatchLife Insurance coverageApartment Rental DiscountsPaid Time Off, Holidays, and Vacation TimeContinued training and advancement potential within the Lewis portfolioWhy Join Lewis?
