Compensation and Hours Starting pay is $18.50 per hour + $0.50 shift differential Potential to earn overtime Step Pay Position will be 1st shift from 6:00am - 2:30pm (SUN-THU) Responsibilities Order Picking and Packing: Fulfill customer orders by picking items from designated storage locations according to order specifications. Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and documentation. Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, inspect them for accuracy, quality, and damage, and verify that they match the corresponding documentation (such as packing slips or purchase orders). Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other warehouse team members, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow, resolve operational challenges, and meet customer demands.
