Distribution Center Associate - Ontario DC

Summary The Distribution Center Associate is responsible for accurate receiving, storing, picking, put-away and shipping of product to meet company standards for safety, security and productivity at the Ontario distribution center. The role requires following shipping best practices, staging and loading trailers, and maintaining proper product handling to prevent damage. Associates support operational goals by meeting individual and team productivity targets and keeping the warehouse clean and safe. Responsibilities Receive pallets and complete receipts by purchase order, aligning product by vendor Stage and load outbound trailers following shipping best practices Ensure accuracy of loads and proper carton stacking to prevent damage Put away, pick and store product so items remain undamaged and inventory is accurate Meet individual, team and departmental productivity and performance goals Conduct operations in a safe manner and comply with federal, state and local laws Maintain a clean, debris-free warehouse environment Requirements 1+ years of distribution or warehouse experience Basic mathematics and reading skills; strong understanding of inventory flow Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to consistently lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
