Salary: $55,000

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused professional to support our sales team and manage the full order lifecycle. This role is key to delivering excellent customer experiences while supporting sales operations and growth.

What You’ll Do

• Provide first‑line customer support with accuracy and urgency
• Support Sales Managers with pre‑sales activities, CRM/database maintenance, and sample requests
• Manage order entry, processing, and execution from start to finish
• Monitor shipment dates, due orders, and approvals to ensure timely delivery
• Assist customers and agents, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues
• Coordinate artwork generation for customized orders
• Process returns and manage system data entry
• Perform overdue customer follow‑ups per established procedures
• Retrieve and archive sales and export documentation as required
• Support Sales Managers and New Business Development initiatives
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Some college preferred
• Manufacturing or distribution experience is a plus
• Strong communication (written & verbal) and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Team‑oriented, results‑driven, flexible, and reliable
• Proficient in MS Office , especially Excel , and ERP/Database systems
