Director - Municipal Performance Attribution Analyst

Director – Client Portfolio Manager, Muni-NEFI The Director‑Client Portfolio Manager, Muni‑NEFI supports activities within municipal investment products and the client portfolio management for municipal strategies by ensuring timely, accurate, and accessible performance information is available to the Investment Team, internal business partners, and outside clients. Key Responsibilities and Duties Compile and analyze portfolio‑level metrics, performance data, and attribution analysis. Communicate findings clearly and succinctly to internal audiences and external clients. Assist with the preparation and completion of RFP requests, coordinating with portfolio management, research, and operations. Support performance attribution efforts across municipal strategies and articulate attribution results to investment team members, sales, and outside clients. Maintain and support relationships with client portfolio managers, sales teams, and internal business partners by providing account‑level information regarding portfolio holdings, performance metrics, and relevant analytics. Respond to questions from external clients and internal stakeholders regarding municipal fund offerings. Assist in reviewing and updating marketing materials in support of municipal strategy positioning. Qualifications Education : University degree (preferred). Experience – Required : 2+ years of municipal fixed income and/or fixed income attribution experience. Experience – Preferred : 3+ years of municipal performance attribution experience, RFP experience. Working knowledge of Bloomberg & InvestorTools. Strong communication skills and familiarity with fixed‑income markets. Physical Requirements Physical Requirements: Sedentary work. Compensation Anticipated Posting End Date: 2026-06-06. Base Pay Range: $92,200/yr – $129,000/yr. Actual base salary may vary based on experience, time in role, internal peer base salary, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
