Temporary Remote Litigation Event Docketing Specialist

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Temporary Remote Litigation Event Docketing Specialist for a global law firm. This position will provide leave coverage for approximately 6-8 weeks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage high-volume litigation docketing and calendaring requests using CompuLaw.
• Review court filings, rules, orders, and judicial preferences to ensure accurate deadline calculation and docket maintenance.
• Execute complex federal and state court calendaring requests.
• Conduct document and docket analysis to identify critical deadlines.
• Assist with CompuLaw database administration and workflow management.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of litigation calendaring/docketing experience.
• Strong experience with CompuLaw/Aderant Vision or similar docketing software.
• Extensive knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and legal research skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Position Details:

• Duration: 6-8 week assignment covering a leave of absence
• Start: ASAP following one interview
