The Role:

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for implementing effective strategies to optimize our operations and enhance productivity. You will have the opportunity to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and lead initiatives to drive efficiency. Your strong leadership skills will be crucial in fostering collaboration and coordination across their family of companies, ensuring smooth workflows and effective communication.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement streamlined processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to make data-driven decisions for process improvement.

- Lead and manage a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

- Foster effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards, mitigating potential risks.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Operations Management, or a related field,

- Proven experience as a commercial/industrial construction Project Manager, ability to coach, teach, and lead teams, delivering successful process improvement initiatives.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in operations management- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
