Miami Heating & Cooling is seeking a self-motivated, customer focused HVAC Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will meet directly with residential and commercial clients to evaluate their heating and cooling needs, present customized system replacement options, and guide them through the purchasing process. If you thrive in a consultative sales environment and enjoy helping property owners improve comfort and efficiency, we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities
- In Home Consultations: Conduct in person sales presentations and evaluate customer spaces to determine the best equipment upgrades and solutions.
- Proposal & Quote Generation: Build accurate estimates, explain manufacturer warranties, present financing options, and guide clients toward the right system package.
- Lead Conversion & Pipeline Management: Follow up promptly on company provided leads, technician cross referrals, and inbound inquiries to build sales volume.
- Customer Relationship Management: Deliver a high touch, consultative sales experience from initial meeting to project sign off.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our installation managers and service staff to ensure seamless job handoffs and project setup.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of proven sales experience required; home services, HVAC, or trade sales experience strongly preferred.
- Product Understanding: Ability to quickly learn HVAC system configurations, efficiency ratings, and technical terminology to educate buyers clearly.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills paired with an approachable, customer-first attitude.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
