Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN Meadowview Rehabilitation & Nursing Center – Lafayette Hill, PA Meadowview Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an OT looking for a flexible schedule while helping residents maximize independence, safety, and quality of life. Position Highlights PRN/Flexible Schedule In-House Therapy Program Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) & Long-Term Care (LTC) Setting Collaborative and Supportive Therapy Team Consistent PRN Opportunities Available Resident-Focused Care Environment Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence with activities of daily living Assess and recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, families, and caregivers Maintain timely and accurate documentation Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license in good standing SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Experience with Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Why Join Meadowview?
