Digital Marketing Manager

**About the Role**Rack Industries is seeking an experienced, results-driven**Digital Marketing Manager** to oversee and execute our digital marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns, email marketing, lead generation, and performance reporting.We are looking for someone who is highly analytical, organized, and capable of independently managing multiple marketing channels while continuously identifying opportunities to increase leads, improve conversion rates, and maximize return on investment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads (GLSA), Meta advertising, email marketing automation, and marketing analytics.**Key Responsibilities****1. Paid Media Management**Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and remarketing.Oversee Google Local Services Ads (GLSA), including lead monitoring, budget management, and optimization.Develop, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.Manage advertising budgets across all paid channels to maximize lead volume and return on ad spend.Conduct ongoing A/B testing of ad creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages.Monitor cost per lead, cost per acquisition, conversion rates, and overall campaign profitability.**2. Email Marketing & Automation**Develop and execute email marketing campaigns focused on customer retention, reactivation, and lead nurturing.Build and manage automated email and SMS workflows.Segment customer databases to deliver targeted messaging.Develop campaigns that encourage repeat business, service appointments, and cross-selling opportunities.Monitor email performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and attributed revenue.Continuously optimize automation workflows to improve customer engagement and retention.**3. Lead Generation & Tracking**Oversee lead generation across Google, Meta, and other digital marketing channels.Ensure accurate lead tracking, attribution, and reporting across advertising platforms and CRM systems.Monitor lead quality and work with the sales team to improve conversion rates.Identify opportunities to increase qualified leads while reducing acquisition costs.Troubleshoot tracking issues involving Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion pixels, and CRM integrations.**4. Marketing Reporting & Analytics**Create and maintain weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.Develop dashboards that provide visibility into advertising spend, lead generation, sales performance, and ROI.Track key performance indicators, including:Cost Per Lead (CPL)Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)Lead-to-Customer Conversion RateRevenue Generated by Marketing ChannelEmail Marketing & Automation RevenueAnalyze campaign performance and present actionable recommendations to leadership.Ensure marketing data is accurate and consistent across reporting platforms.**5. Marketing Strategy & Optimization**Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company revenue and growth goals.Identify opportunities to expand lead generation and improve customer retention.Collaborate with internal departments to align marketing campaigns with operational capacity and sales goals.Manage campaign calendars, promotional initiatives, and advertising launches.Continuously evaluate campaign performance and implement improvements.**Qualifications****Required:**3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or paid media management.Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.Experience with Google Local Services Ads (GLSA).Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, and marketing attribution.Experience building and managing email marketing campaigns and automated workflows.Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and advertising platform reporting.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and make strategic decisions.Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing performance.**Preferred:**Experience marketing for home service businesses, HVAC, electrical, or related service industries.Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM platforms.Familiarity with customer retention marketing and SMS automation.Experience managing significant monthly advertising budgets.Experience building marketing dashboards and automated reports.**What We're Looking For**We want someone who can do more than simply manage advertising accounts.
