Who We Are
The ASPCA Behavioral Rehabilitation Center (BRC), located in Weaverville, NC, is dedicated to the rehabilitation and study of dogs with significant fear, anxiety, and under-socialization, including dogs from cruelty, puppy mill, hoarding, and other challenging circumstances.
