If you enjoy solving hard problems with smart, motivated engineers, you’ll feel right at home here!As a Product Engineer, you’ll play a key role in bringing next-generation Automotive DRAM products from concept to production. Your work will directly influence product quality, reliability, and performance, and you’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners to solve complex technical challenges and improve how our products are built and tested.Responsibilities:Develop and validate process conditions and product test programs with engineering and manufacturing teamsDesign specialized tests to detect new and emerging failure modesDebug and analyze electrical and product failures to improve detection coveragePartner with Quality Assurance to ensure products meet Micron and industry standardsServe as a technical bridge across design, process, test, and manufacturing teamsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experienceWorking knowledge of DRAM technology including architecture, testing, and failure analysisExperience analyzing large datasets using tools such as JMP, Python, or similarStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and drive improvementsEffective communication skills and experience working on cross‑functional teamsPreferred Qualifications:1–3+ years of experience in a product, test, or semiconductor engineering roleUnderstanding of VLSI and semiconductor device physicsExperience supporting automotive or high‑reliability semiconductor productsDemonstrated collaboration skills and commitment to high engineering standardsAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
