Legal Assistant

Litigation Legal Assistant – San Diego, CA

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join its San Diego team. This is a full-time hybrid opportunity with one remote day per week for a highly organized legal professional with strong California litigation experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of California litigation experience
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and appellate court filing procedures
• Experience with e-filing, trial preparation, and trial support
• Familiarity with the litigation lifecycle, discovery, and preparing tables of contents and authorities
• Excellent proofreading, writing, calendaring, and organizational skills
• Strong typing, formatting, editing, and redlining skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and iManage or similar document management systems
• CompuLaw, Best Authority, Adobe Pro, or CCC Macros experience is a plus
• Collaborative, proactive, and team-oriented
