Job Description An active CPA license is required for this position. This position is hybrid on-site/remote- two (2) days per week in the office with one of those days being Wednesday. Key Responsibilities Client Accounting & Advisory Prepare and review business and individual tax returns Prepare and review financial statements Provide accounting, bookkeeping, and advisory services to a diverse client base Research accounting and tax matters and provide practical recommendationsEnsure compliance with GAAP and applicable tax regulations Client Relationship Management Serve as a trusted advisor to clients Communicate financial information clearly and professionally Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service Identify opportunities to improve client processes and financial operations Leadership & Collaboration Mentor and support junior accounting staff Review work prepared by team members as appropriate Assist with workflow management and engagement planning Collaborate with firm leadership to ensure outstanding client service Qualifications Required Active CPA license (Required) Recent experience within a public accounting firm Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Public accounting experience Experience preparing and reviewing business and individual tax returns Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and client relationship skills Company Description Hospitality, campground, marina #J-18808-Ljbffr
