Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job Description• At least 4 years of experience in troubleshooting java/.net based applications.• At least 4 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment• Good understanding of 3 Tier application architecture• ITIL foundation certified / good understanding of Incident, Problem and Change Management processes• In-depth knowledge of Unix OS, Unix commands. Good PL/SQL knowledge• Basic shell scripting knowledge• Experience in 24x7 application support eco system, preferably in onshore-offshore delivery modelQualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
