What You’ll Do
As our Paraplanner, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Advisors, Account Specialists, and Client Experience team. Your work will help ensure a smooth, consistent, and exceptional client experience. You will participate in the preparation and assist with follow-up action items from client meetings.
Your Responsibilities Include:
• Open, update, and maintain client accounts from start to finish following our new account checklists
• ✉️ Prepare, review, and distribute client letters and documents (digital & paper)
• Complete CRM tasks with accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain organized and accurate account records
• Develop and update workflows and documented systems
• Notify clients when checks are deposited
• Run the monthly billable report
• ️ Monitor DocuSign activity
• Support Advisors, Paraplanners, and the Client Experience Manager as needed
• Collaborate with the Operations Team on assigned tasks and projects
• ️ Jump in on additional projects as assigned
