Delinquency Resolution Specialist

Professional Alternatives is seeking a Collector to manage delinquent loan accounts and contact members to collect on early-stage delinquencies. The role focuses on reducing losses while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will work with Lending, Card Services, and branches to resolve discrepancies and ensure policy adherence.
