Physical Therapist (Float) - OutpatientBaylor Scott & White Institute of Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist (Float) for an outpatient role in McKinney, TX. This float PT role requires two opening and closing shifts each week. The position comes with a quarterly bonus of $1,500 each quarter.Salary range: $80,080.00 - $108,804.80. Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan.Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentPatient case load average: 10-12 patients a dayTimely and accurate documentation using Therapy SourceInterpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reportsEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyPromoting continuous quality improvementInstructing and counseling patients/families as neededQualificationsCurrent state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a physical therapist required.
