Maintenance Millwright - Weekend Swing Shift

Must hold a valid Millwright License

As a Licensed Millwright at Cargill, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where your mechanical expertise will directly support food production. Valid Millwright License • Able to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and various shifts • Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written) • Perform general maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues • Operate motorized vehicles and equipment • Follow all safety, food safety, and environmental regulations • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment • Welding certification or other trade experience • Forklift certification • Knowledge of predictive and preventative maintenance
