Area Coordinator

This position provides essential administrative support to Area including direct administrative support to the Area Vice President of Sales. Duties are varied and include but are not limited to communications and meeting administration; data entry and management in the human resources information system (“HRIS”), applicant tracking system (“ATS”), and timekeeping system; filing and record keeping; monitoring financial/operating reports; processing expense reports; providing administration support for training and performance management processes; and ensuring that the office functions are handled in an efficient manner. Job duties include contact with other employees and access to confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
