Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking an AI Consultant in Orlando, FL.Summary:We are seeking a hands-on AI Consultant to drive adoption of AI-powered tools and automation across a global sales organization. This role focuses on designing, building, and deploying AI agents, workflows, and intelligent automation solutions that improve productivity, streamline processes, and deliver measurable business value. The Consultant will partner with Sales Operations, Product Owners, Salesforce teams, Oracle Apex developers, and business stakeholders to modernize workflows and accelerate decision-making through practical AI applications.Key Responsibilities:AI Solutions Development:

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges
• Develop and customize AI agents, copilots, workflows, and automation tools
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Leverage existing AI frameworks and solutions to accelerate delivery

Automation & Integration:

• Build automated workflows using AI and intelligent automation platforms
• Integrate AI solutions with Salesforce, Oracle Apex, Microsoft technologies, and other enterprise systems
• Improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and support knowledge sharing
• Enable automation of content generation, research, decision support, and business processes

Innovation & Proof of Concept:

• Prototype and validate emerging AI technologies
• Evaluate new AI tools through hands-on testing and implementation
• Recommend scalable solutions and best practices to expand AI adoption across the organization

Skills

• Demonstrated experience designing, building, and deploying AI-driven solutions in a business environment
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and workflow automation
• Practical experience developing solutions using technologies such as: Microsoft Copilot Studio; Azure AI Services; Azure OpenAI; Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps); Salesforce Agentforce (preferred); API integrations and automation platforms
• Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, knowledge assistants, or intelligent search applications
• Experience integrating AI solutions into existing enterprise systems and workflows
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong ability to convert business challenges into delivered technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience working with AI, automation, machine learning, or related technologies
• Experience supporting Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Customer Service, or related business functions
• Experience working within large enterprise or global organizations
• Experience developing AI-enabled productivity, content generation, knowledge management, or decision-support solutions
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Oracle Apex, or similar business platforms
• Exposure to industrial, manufacturing, energy, engineering, or service-based organizations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
