Duties and Responsibilities  

 

• Assisting in the management of an attorney’s caseload 
• Including but not limited to calendaring state, federal, appellate, arbitration, internal deadlines, and hearings 
• Preparing basic legal forms and documents for attorney review 
• Initiating cases and assisting the handling attorney through settlement procedures. 

• Filing in state, federal, and appellate courts, and corresponding with clients, class members, and court personnel 
• There is ample opportunity to take on new challenges and responsibilities for candidates who demonstrate they are eager and capable
