Management Analyst III - CIVIL

CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst III to support the Civil Division of DOJ in Washington, DC. Your future duties and responsibilities include: recording, reviewing, and reconciling financial transactions in more than one financial system; performing analysis and presenting findings in a clear manner; handling multiple assigned projects with the ability to prioritize; working in a team setting and performing independent work; displaying a high degree of communication; troubleshooting problems with travelers, travel service, JMD; processing obligations daily and ensuring data matches the information on the originating documents; reviewing open balances at least quarterly to de obligate funds no longer needed; maintaining a lot of vouchers received and ensuring performance time frames are met; briefing DOJ officials on status of projects and work items; recording expenditures in Financial System of record; notifying employees of status of their delinquent travel card accounts; and responding to inquiries on the status of reservation and travel related issues.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role include experience in finance and reporting; commitment to delivering exceptional customer service; US citizenship is required due to the nature of the role; and ability to obtain and maintain a DOJ waiver.

Skills include document management and eInvoicing.
