Position Description
CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst III to support the Civil Division of DOJ in Washington, DC.

Your future duties and responsibilities
.    Record, review, & reconcile financial transactions in more than one financial system. The ability to perform analysis and present findings in a clear manner. Will handle multiple assigned projects, with the ability to prioritize. Work in a team setting and perform independent work. Will display high degree of communication. Review payments and obligations for completeness and accuracy and ensure that proper procedures are followed.
.    Troubleshoot problems with travelers, travel service, JMD.
.    Process obligations daily and ensuring data matches the information on the originating documents.
.    Review open balances at least quarterly to de obligate funds no longer needed;
.    Maintain a lot of vouchers received and ensure performance time frames are met.
.    Brief DOJ officials on status of projects and work items
.    Record expenditures in Financial System of record
.    Notify employees of status of their delinquent travel card accounts
.    Respond to inquiries on the status of reservation and travel related issues.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
.    Experience in finance and reporting
.    Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
.    Due to the nature of the role, US citizenship is required
.    Ability to obtain and maintain a DOJ waiver
Hourly Rate: $35.64/hour

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications.  Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
