Your Role and Responsibilities Day‑to‑day engagement: Use a Hallmark mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department. Communicate with the supervisor, log time, provide feedback, and complete required merchandising surveys. Interact professionally with store employees, management, and customers. Holiday support: Provide additional service during seasonal demand peaks such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, including working on some holidays and weekends. Department resets: Participate in installations, fixture building, and relocation of card departments. Receive advance notice (typically two weeks) for remodel assignments that may include evenings or weekends. Team collaboration: Support other field merchandisers when needed within the network. Schedule and Compensation Starting hourly pay rate: $16.90 to $17.90, depending on skills and experience. Variable schedule with an average of 11–15 hours per week. Availability required in the week before and after major holidays, including weekends. Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support. Paid on‑site and virtual training. Eligible employees receive annual pay increases. Physical Requirements Physically demanding job requiring lifting up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout the day and occasionally climb stairs or ladders. Basic Qualifications Minimum age 18 years. Read, write, and understand English. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. Operate a digital handheld device for reading documents and interpreting information. Access to Wi‑Fi network and internet. Consistent transportation to and between assigned stores.
