The Medical Spa Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving new client acquisition and nurturing the existing client base within the medical spa industry. Reporting to the Sales Director, this position combines strategic sales planning, team leadership, and customer relationship management to boost revenue growth and enhance client retention. This office-based role involves minimal travel and offers significant growth and promotional opportunities within sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive client acquisition through targeted sales strategies
• Lead and develop the sales team to achieve performance goals
• Create and implement effective sales strategies focused on both acquisition and retention
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to maximize retention
• Provide ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
• Stay informed on product offerings to effectively communicate benefits to clients
