About the Position

Job Title

Respiratory Therapist – Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care activities in critical care areas, including adult, pediatric, and neonatal critical care under the supervision of the RT Supervisor and Cardiopulmonary Manager
• Deliver respiratory therapy services across a regional referral center supporting a wide range of specialties
• Train respiratory therapy personnel in critical care areas as needed
• Participate in on-call rotations as required by the department

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) experience required
• NICU experience required
• Active Oklahoma Respiratory Therapy License required
• Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy required; college diploma or official transcript must be provided
• NRP certification required
• BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and PALS (AHA) certifications required
• Must not be a first-time traveler — prior travel assignment experience required
• Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated at this time
• Applicants residing within 50 miles of the facility may be considered for placement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a regional referral center or integrated delivery system environment
• Familiarity with neonatal and pediatric critical care protocols
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification or willingness to obtain
