Responsibilities Analyze labor, material, and time requirements to compute costs. Gather proposals, blueprints, and specifications to prepare estimates. Resolve discrepancies by analyzing collected information. Present estimates with clear numerical and descriptive data. Develop reports by analyzing and summarizing data and trends. Create budgets during conceptual, schematic, and design development phases. Review plans for accuracy and consistency. Manage take-offs and apply unit prices. Collaborate with the preconstruction team to bid projects successfully. Develop into a leadership role within the estimating team. Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of estimating experience, preferably with a commercial GC. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field.
