Job Title: General Manager
Location: St. Cloud, MN
Compensation: $40,000-65,000 per year -based on experience plus a strong quarterly bonus program
Schedule: Day/Evening shift | 5 days/week | Flexible schedule-No hours past 9:00pm, you write the schedule but must work at least one weekend day and one night shift per week

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a General Manager for a restaurant company in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you'll lead daily operations, develop a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. If you enjoy a fast-paced, hands-on leadership environment and driving operational success, this opportunity could be a great fit. What You'll Do as a General Manager:

• Lead front- and back-of-house operations to ensure excellent service and efficiency
• Manage overall restaurant performance, including P&L, staffing, and inventory
• Coach, train, and develop team members to build a strong, motivated team
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences to build loyalty and positive brand reputation
• Engage with the local community through marketing and outreach initiatives

What You Need to Bring to the General Manager Role:

• 2+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience (fast casual, QSR, or full service)
• Hands-on FOH/BOH experience, including cooking and kitchen operations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate teams
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
• Positive, outgoing personality with a community-focused mindset
• Ability to manage operations and achieve performance goals
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
