Job Overview

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for handling materials, managing inventory movements, and supporting logistics operations. This role involves coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient handling of goods within production and storage areas.

Responsibilities

• Attach identifying tags to containers and mark them with relevant information.
• Read work orders or follow instructions to determine assignments and material needs.
• Record quantities of units handled and moved using production sheets or work tickets.
• Move freight, stock, and materials between storage, production areas, and loading docks.
• Sort cargo prior to loading and unloading.
• Assemble containers and crates using hand tools when required.
• Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and tools.
• Pack and repack containers, including handling damaged goods.
• Transport tools and supplies as needed and return them after use.

Qualification And Education
