Pricing Coordinator (28967)

Compensation : $21.00 - $24.00 per hour (W2) --- About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a global logistics and supply chain organization known for its large transportation network and focus on delivering reliable, cost-effective freight solutions. This role supports pricing operations and helps ensure accurate, timely responses to customer requests across specific modes, products, or trade lanes. The Pricing Coordinator plays a key part in maintaining compliance, supporting stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement in pricing accuracy and performance. Job Description Manage and complete daily pricing requests, ensuring all deadlines and service level agreements are met for new and existing customers. Validate compliance with operational policies before pricing, including checking restricted or prohibited commodities and identifying embargoed countries. Document notes for each pricing activity to clearly communicate methodology to operations teams upon award. Track, monitor, and report monthly progress toward assigned goals and KPIs. Build strong communication and rapport with internal network offices to maintain the most up-to-date accessorial pricing, enabling accurate door-to-door quotes when needed. Partner with management and peers to identify best practices and support continuous improvement to increase pricing quality and win ratios. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Ability to reliably count and perform simple math using a calculator. Experience managing and responding to emails in a professional environment. Ability to follow detailed instructions and established operational processes. Experience conducting load calculations. Ability to learn and apply new application systems or tools through training. Preferred Experience conducting due diligence for pricing or operational decisions. Familiarity with following structured protocols in a logistics or operations environment.
