Physical Therapist Outpatient Ortho Sign-on & Relocation Incentives Based on Experience! MLR Healthcare has been hired by a client to find a Physical Therapist for their expanding team in Southern California.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Basic computer skills, good interpersonal skills, basic organizational and time management skills, basic knowledge, and skills to care for the physical needs of the population served
• Advanced skills/certifications in specialty areas, such as NDT, geriatric, orthopedics, etc. (preferred)
• Current California license as a Physical Therapist and CPR, or compact license.
• Work/educational experience in the healthcare field
• One year of experience as a Physical Therapist in a healthcare setting

Responsibilities

• Establish, revise and evaluate a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient/family
• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition
• Perform therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient
• Oversee activities of physical therapy assistants, students, and other support personnel
