The Marketing Manager at AlphaCare Urgent Care owns the full marketing strategy and execution across the organization's multi-location network, driving patient acquisition, brand growth, and revenue through omnichannel marketing across paid search, social, email, SEO, and content. ABOUT ALPHACARE URGENT CARE AlphaCare Urgent Care is a multi-location urgent care provider serving the Gulf Coast region across Mississippi and Alabama, delivering compassionate, quality healthcare on the patient's schedule. The company offers a comprehensive range of services including X-rays, lab testing, IV fluids, fracture treatment, emergency care, and wellness clinics across seven convenient locations open seven days a week. SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Patient volume and lead generation are growing quarter over quarter, with clear attribution across all marketing channels and ROI reported consistently to leadership. All core channels including paid search, social, email, SEO, and content are performing with consistency, and the Social Media Content Creator is producing quality work with minimal oversight. The AlphaCare Wellness Program and AlphaCare Direct are growing enrollment and improving retention, and marketing is recognized as a measurable revenue growth engine across the organization. OBJECTIVES Develop and own the annual marketing strategy aligned with company revenue goals, brand positioning, and market expansion across the Southeast. Build and execute quarterly marketing plans with specific campaigns, channel mix, and KPIs across paid search, social media, email, SEO, and content. Directly supervise the Social Media Content Creator through clear expectations, regular coaching, content review, and performance management. Manage all digital marketing channels including paid search, social media, email, website, and SEO (including AEO and GEO) to drive patient acquisition and appointment bookings. Lead the AlphaCare Wellness Program and AlphaCare Direct marketing strategy including enrollment campaigns, member communications, and retention initiatives. Own the marketing budget, track ROI across all channels, and present performance and strategic recommendations to the CEO regularly. Manage external vendors including designers, ad agencies, and web developers to deliver campaigns on time and within budget. Develop and maintain brand standards and a consistent content calendar across all marketing materials, digital assets, and patient-facing communications. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify positioning opportunities and inform campaign strategy across existing and new markets. Plan and execute community outreach events, health fairs, sponsorships, and grand opening campaigns to support location growth and regional brand presence. COMPETENCIES Understands the full marketing wheel and how omnichannel strategy connects paid search, social, email, SEO, and content into a unified revenue growth engine. Leads with data, building dashboards and tracking performance across every channel to make decisions grounded in results rather than gut feel. Develops and coaches the team with clear expectations, honest feedback, and a culture of continuous improvement. Balances strategic thinking with operational discipline, knowing when to zoom out on the big picture and when to get into the details of execution. Moves fast without sacrificing quality, launching campaigns, measuring results, and iterating quickly in a multi-location healthcare environment. Earns trust with the CEO and department heads by communicating clearly, proactively flagging risks, and delivering on commitments every time. Understands how patients search and discover healthcare options, and applies that insight to SEO, AEO, GEO, and content strategies that capture demand. Holds themselves and their team accountable to results, owning the analysis when goals are missed and driving the plan to get back on track. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field required; healthcare or urgent care marketing background strongly preferred. 3 to 5 years of marketing experience with a proven track record managing end-to-end campaigns and marketing operations across multiple channels required. Hands-on proficiency in paid search, social media, email, SEO (including AEO and GEO), and content strategy, with experience managing budgets and reporting ROI required. Experience directly managing or mentoring team members and overseeing external vendors, with strong skills in marketing analytics platforms and CRM or patient communication tools preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to work at a computer workstation for extended periods to manage campaigns, build reports, and produce marketing materials. Must be able to travel to AlphaCare clinic locations across Mississippi and Alabama for site visits, community events, and local market activities. Must be able to lift and transport marketing materials and event supplies up to 25 pounds as needed.
