Job Description
ROLE - SPECIALTY

Schedule:
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Assignment Details:
Guaranteed Hours: 40.00
Contract Length: 8 weeks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor: Required
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS: Required
- AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS: Required
- At least two years recent experience in the field: Required
- Current BLS certification: Required
- Current nursing license per the state of assignment: Required

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff and coordinate care with other healthcare disciplines.
- Collect and analyze relevant patient data to determine care issues, developing appropriate care plans.
- Implement care plans, coordinating care delivery to promote health and maintain a safe environment.
- Evaluate progress towards patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care.
- Provide educational opportunities for patients and family members.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
