Responsibilities
- Perform cross-sectional MR imaging across multiple regions (abdomen, breast, chest, brain, spine including cervical/lumbar/thoracic, and face/soft tissue neck) and apply advanced techniques such as diffusion, perfusion, gradient echo, multiplanar reconstruction, ADC mapping, subtraction, and post-processing.
- Operate and troubleshoot MRI equipment, with preference for GE systems; work with PACS and other vendor platforms as needed; ensure accurate image post-processing.
- Adhere to patient safety and isolation precautions; position and prepare patients; administer contrast per protocol and monitor for adverse reactions.
- Document patient data and imaging findings in the charting system (EPIC) and coordinate with radiologists and clinical teams to support accurate interpretation.
- Maintain high-quality imaging standards while ensuring patient comfort and privacy; participate in routine quality control and safety checks.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year MRI experience
- GE MRI equipment experience (special requirement)
- BLS certification
- EPIC charting proficiency
- PACS familiarity with cross-vendor capabilities (GE, Philips, Siemens, Toshiba)
- Must have a vehicle for this assignment
- Two references covering at least one year within the last three years
- Scheduling note: block schedule preferred (Mon–Thu) with potential Wednesday–Saturday 7:00 AM–5:30 PM requirement; please confirm schedule with the client
- COVID-19 vaccine: Not required
- Ability to work in adult acute care and outpatient settings; strong safety and isolation precautions familiarity
