Material Handler

Material Handler (Picking & Packing)MGA Entertainment is looking for dependable and motivated Material Handlers to join our Picking & Packing team. This position is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, packing products for shipment, and maintaining inventory accuracy while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to meeting productivity and quality standards.Essential Job Responsibilities:Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners or pick lists.Pack products according to company quality and shipping standards.Inspect merchandise for damage or defects before packing.Label, seal, and prepare cartons for shipment.Verify item quantities and product information for order accuracy.Sort, organize, and stage products for shipping.Replenish inventory and assist with stock organization.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Meet daily productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.Qualifications:Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or material handling experience preferred.Experience using RF scanners is a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Skills:Experience in distribution, fulfillment, or e-commerce warehouses.Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).Strong time management and problem-solving skills.Work Environment:Fast-paced warehouse environment.Continuous standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.Must wear required PPE and follow all warehouse safety guidelines.
